Another amazingly good-looking woman with a superb figure. Vera of course went on to be a successful actress on stage, films, television and even radio (wasted on the radio!). She was in 'The Prince and the Showgirl' with Monroe, and most recently in 'Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels'. Her website doesn't mention her days as a nude model – there's a surprise – but she does admit to being “constantly photographed” and acknowledges that was “Britain's number one pinup”. Thanks David and I recently found out she was in one of my favourite films 'Smoking Barrels' and still around. Very surprising she never mentions her early modelling career!
