Jennifer – A View From Both Sides


An interesting couple of shots of Jennifer Garland by Harrison Marks. I believe both shots were taken at the same time from different angles and cameras, maybe GHM with one and one of his assistants with the other?

Everything lines up, Jennifer’s pose, her hands, and the angle she is looking up at the camera. I always assumed Harrison Marks took all the shots with different cameras, but this seems to show shots were taken at multiple angles at the same time, which would make sense. Either that, or she had to hold that pose for ages as he moved around with his camera and set it up again. :)

Margaret Nolan – Sunny Days


What better way to start the week than with a glorious shot of Margaret Nolan doing a spot of nude sunbathing on the front lawn at Ewhurst Manor, taken by Harrison Marks. As the weather seems to be turning nice in the UK this week, one can only dream of seeing such bathing beauties on the front lawns near me!

Sonia Ayala – Buxom & Bountiful


A great shot of Sonia Ayala from the 1970s, although I’m not sure if her photos were ever published under that name, as I can’t find anything? I have a set of contact sheets with that name on the back, but that may be her real name or more likely made up? Plus, no name of who took the photos either, so I can’t even hazard a guess as to where to look! 

Still, it’s a beautiful shot of a more naturally buxom and curvy young model with plenty on offer in all departments as you can see! You can’t say I don’t offer variety on this site. :)

Angela's Sunny Sombrero



The start of another small set of 35 mm negatives featuring Angela Duncan posing at Jason Studio’s. As you can see, this set has Angela posing with a sombrero and a length of rope! No idea why such a random set of props, but who cares as it’s Angela using them, and we get to see her magnificent chest too. :)

Double Trouble! — Eve Eden & Lorraine Burnett


A great pair in more than one way! Lorraine Burnett and Eve Eden from a scan or an original Pamar 35 mm colour slide. I’ve seen several sets of these two posing together both colour (Pamar sets) and black and white in Kamera No.23 (1959), but what a great pairing from Harrison Marks. The blue dangly earrings that Eve is wearing crop up in other shots as well, I’ve seen shots of both Ann Austin and Julie (Shearing) wearing the same set.

The Resplendent Georgette Gautier


Another original medium format negative scan of Georgette Gautier (Terry Maloney) by Harrison Marks. Posing on the loft set, images from this set went on to appear in Kamera No.29 (1960) although I’m not sure this particular image appeared? Georgette had fabulous curves on her, plus that rather gorgeous set of large tits. A favourite shot all round, and you can just see a hint of her smooth lower region in the shadows below. :)

For those not enraptured by Georgette’s figure and need a more cultural reference, the prints in the background of this shot are Divan Japonais and “Jane Avril” at the Jardin De Paris, 1893 by Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec.

Gerry Brown – It’s All About The Rear!


This shot originally appeared in Kamera No.87 P30 (1968) and I published a copy of the scanned page here. Now I have the original negative and thought I’d share the much clearer scanned version, cropped as it’s seen in the magazine. You get to see Ms Brown’s beautiful dimpled arse and tan lined tit in much more detail, so worthy of posting.

Sylvana Manto – Kneeling Beauty!


Another sophisticated and sexy view of Sylvana Manto (Madelaine Bannister) kneeling on a stool from a restored silver gelatin photo. A fabulous shot of her rounded tits and curves with just a hint of bush on show and that nasty scar as well.
