June Palmer: Beauty In The Shadows

An original print sent over by John of June Palmer posing nude on a studio floor, allowing the light and shadows to highlight and show off her fabulous curves. For some reason, I love the way her long legs and curve of her hip are highlighted in this shot more than anything else. A very clever shot using light and shadows to highlight such a beauty.

Toni Rees: Flawed Perfection

Toni Rees from another original silver gelatin photo. I love Toni or more precisely her body with all its fabulous bumps and curves. It’s not seen as perfect, but I love it and do like a woman you can get hold of and not feel like she will break! Flawed perfection, you might say. :)

Kathleen Cooper: Windmill Girl Uncovered (1958)

I published the above image of an unknown model from Kamera Special No.2 (1958) last year on a page on unknown models, but had no idea who she was! Thanks to Jeff, she’s now been identified as the model known as Kathleen Cooper, who appeared in the pages of Span Magazine No.43 (March 1958).  I’ve published a couple of pages from Span, but I think you’ll agree it’s one and the same person, although showing off a lot more for GHM!

Thanks to Jeff for sending the identification through and the Vintage Fetish site for the images.

Perfectly Posed Pat!

Pat Davis by Harrison Marks posing on the loft set as she sits on a crate surrounded by various props!  A fabulous pose from Pat sat on the edge of that crate with her arms up, which allows us to see all of her figure and those rather nice tits! Another classic early shot from GHM. :)

Lavinia Grant By Harrison Marks (1958)

Lavinia Grant from Kamera No.13 (1958). As far as I know, Lavinia only appeared six times in Kamera for Harrison Marks in the late 1950s, one in this issue, three in No.14 and two in No.21. I’m not sure if she ever modelled or appeared for him in any other publication.

A very sultry looking model showing off a cracking figure, with small pert tits and great bum and loving the dimples.

Bridget Leonard

Bridget Leonard was the live-in girlfriend of photographer Russell Gay and ran the office in Oxford Street for him, which was the mail order outlet for Venus Films. They split up around late 1967 early 1968. She was already modelling for Russell before she got a role in Harrison Marks’ first feature film, ‘Naked as Nature Intended’. She first appeared in Kamera No.43 (1961) then Kamera No.44, 46 (Cover) & 54 and then in Solo No.25 dedicate just to her. Her only glamour film appearance was as a Wild-West saloon girl in the HM Glamour Movie No.106 ‘Gamblin’ Gal’ (1962).

The cracking shot of Bridget above comes from Kamera No.46 (1962) and features her on the cover and centre pages in stills taken on the Wild-West Saloon set featured in ‘Gamblin Gal’.

Diane Webber: A Soapy Outlook!

An original image of Diane Webber (Marguerite Empey) taking a soapy bath in what looks like a giant wok!  I’m a big fan of Diane from her early work and later as a naturalist, and there is a tenuous link to her and this site. In 1959 Kamera Publications published a book dedicated to Diane called ‘The Diane Weber Album’, unfortunately the images weren’t taken by Harrison Marks but an import for the US. Any excuse to publish this great unseen shot, and thanks to Kevin for sharing it with me.

A Fine Pair of Margarets!

A fine pair of shots of Margaret Middleton posing on the bed in open white negligee from the 1960’s Glamour Book. Always good to see Margaret’s big tits, but don’t think the white panties are very flattering?
