Louise Worth sat posing on a four poster bed from Kamera No.80 P31 (1967) by Harrison Marks. I thought the four poster bed was a set, but I’m not so sure it wasn’t a bedroom at Ewhurst Manor, as it seems to appear in other shoots?
Bobby Shaw: A Furry Outlook!
Bobby Shaw (Laurie Sands aka Julie Desmond) posing for Harrison Marks kneeling on a sheepskin rug in front of that bizarre background. Every time I see it, I’m reminded of the yellow brick road for some reason! Fabulous shot of Bobby showing off her lush bush, and from the same set as this shot. Thanks as always to Kevin for this shot of Bobby from an original negative. :)
Dawn Grayson – Spick & Span Extra Cover (1967)
In between new posts and editing images I’m also trying to do updates to the current site content and one area I’m updating is the model profiles I’ve published. I’m currently working through Dawn’s profile, adding more images, adding a small database of magazine appearances, plus I’ll be updating her magazine cover appearances with better images, where I have them. One area that I was missing good covers was her early Beautiful Britons, Spick & Span appearances. In fact I have very little content of her from those appearances overall!
Thankfully that is about to change thanks to the generous support of Jonathan over at Vintage Fetish, who has kindly provided me with images of nearly all Dawn’s cover appearances for Town and Country Publications (ToCo). The above cover is the first good example of Dawn from Spick & Span Extra (Summer 1967), which like most of the covers from that early period has a certain painted effect to it, rather than a simple photo. A stunning cover of Dawn posing in an armchair with her hair in a plat, which I’ve never seen before!
Again, thanks to Jonathan for the covers and do go take a look at his site, as it’s my go to site for all Toco related publications and a great source for identifying unknown UK models.
Sleepy Time Gal (Video)
The only Dawn Grayson glamour film I have a copy of, which is a shame, but still worth showing as you get to see her lying on a bed and then stripping in some form of dream sequence. This was one of the later glamour films by Harrison Marks under the Kamera Cine Films banner and was produced in 8 mm black and white film in 1967 under the film number E.16.

Happy Christmas From The Kamera Club

I’d like to wish everyone a Happy Christmas and prosperous New Year. I’d also like thank all of you that have supported the site and me over the last year, with feedback, comments and new content. It’s always appreciated and what makes the site what it is and keeps me wanting to come back and do more and more.
Sorry, I copped out of the letter i for the calendar, but decided to create this year’s Christmas card instead. The card features one of my original images of Caroline Coon under the alias Mary Stephan posing on the Festive/Winter set. So very apt and if you look very closely in the shadow of the present you can just see a hint of bush! Most of the shots on this set went on to appear in the Kamera Winter Special (1967), but this one doesn’t, so was either unpublished or more likely appeared in a normal edition of Kamera I’ve missed!
Thanks and I hope you enjoy the Christmas break with your families and friends :)
Monique The Casbar Queen! (1967)
A still from the 1967 glamour film ‘Casbar’ (Film No: E.15 ) by Harrison Marks featuring an unnatural looking Monique Devereux! Not only is she stood on tiptoes, but she also seems to be sucking everything in for some reason! Its a great still from the film, but she just looks odd posing like that, or is it just me being over critical of the shot? I know her stomach was flat naturally, but this is over exaggerating it a bit.
Jane Paul Caged (1967)
A still of Jane Paul in the 1967 Kamera Cine 8mm Film No.202 – ‘Perchance to Scream’, which included a Mix of Black Magic, Occult & Sadistic Tendencies! I published a small poor quality shot of this before, but this is a larger higher quality version. Good to see GHM’s best mate Stuart Samuels in the shot as some form of puritan punisher.
A Shaw Thing! (1967)
Bobby Shaw (Laurie Sands aka Julie Desmond) or whatever her name was, was another multi-talented, multi-named model that appeared in numerous publications during the 1960s and 70s. Appearing in multiple ToCo publications such as Spick, Span and Beautiful Britons, she also went on to pose for Harrison Marks in the later Kamera editions and various other glamour publications including Girl Illustrated. She is easily recognizable by the beauty spot/mole above her lip (Which I believe was real) as seen in the above shot, which is from Kamera No.81 (1967). One source puts her date of birth as 1950, which is my maths is correct would make her 17 in this shot, which seems a little young looking at her, but I’m awful at guessing ages, so I may be wrong!
