Margaret Nolan – Kamera No.48 (1962)

I haven’t published enough of Margaret lately, so to rectify that we have a great shot of Maggie on the bed in GHM’s flat and this was the first image on page 2 of Kamera No.48 (1962).  What a great opening image to greet you with as you flick open this edition of Kamera! There are nine shots of Margaret in total in Kamera No.48 and they consist of her posing alone and with Maria Clarence on location down in Cornwall and all are as enticing as this shot.

June Simpson – Mirror Mirror on The Wall! (Original)

And June Simpson is definitely the fairest of them all! A perfectly framed original from Kevin of June Simpson by Harrison Marks posing in front of a mirror in his Gerrard Street flat from the late 1950’s. You see a great profile of her body and exposed tits in the main shot and a clear shot of her face in the mirror reflection. A cleaver but stunning shot and Thanks to Kevin for sending it over.

Sue Owen – Kamera Calendar, May 1968

A blonde Sue Owen posing sat on a slightly crushed lobster pot for the May page of the 1968 Kamera Calendar. The shot also features fishing nets again, which was another popular prop that GHM used throughout his early and later shots.

Double Top! Kamera No.18 Cover (1959)

You can’t get much better than this as a cover shot from Harrison Marks for Kamera! Not one but two naked blonde beauties in the form of Pamela Green and June Simpson on the cover of Kamera No.18 (1959). The pose from June Simpson and angle that she’s stood just show off her figure and that great curvy bum to perfection and then there next to her is Pam looking as serene as ever! One of my top 5 Kamera covers, I think, and taken at Pam’s parent’s house in Kent, of all places.

Paula Page – Blonde or Brunette?

Two shots of Paula Page with her magnificent chest on display, but one as a blonde and one of her with darker hair, but which do you prefer? And does it even matter what colour her hair is, because let’s face it you keep getting distracted by other things! Personally I prefer blondes :)

It’s a Good Life, Margo!

Sometimes when you see an image you just have to post it and this is one of those shots! This wonderfully posed shot of Cindy Neal popped into my inbox last night from Terry and I love it and the little story attached, which will make the title of this post clearer :)
One of Terry’s original transparencies, he worked with Cindy several times and also used her flat as a location. It was situated off Regents Park and decorated in a slightly Eastern style, which was useful as it was just up the road from Terry’s studio in Great Portland Street. Another bit of useless information, her real name was Margo, but Terry never did find out about her surname.
So there you go Cindy was a Margo, which makes me laugh as I always associate the name Margo with Penelope Keith from the TV series ‘The Good Life’, hence the subtle title to the post! Enjoy the shot of Cindy/Margo and thanks Terry for a fantastic little shot.
