Sitting Pretty: Barbara & Nicky
Three original negatives of Barbara Halks and Nicky Stevens on the set of the Harrison Marks glamour film ‘Sitting Pretty’. The film itself was a standard 8 mm film in black and white by Harrison Marks, numbered No.E.9 – Sitting Pretty (1967), but I have no idea what the film actually entails! I do have a copy of the box cover (below) featuring the two girls, but the shot I have is a little more revealing from Barbara’s point of view! Unfortunately these are the only shots I have from this set :(
Ann Wilson's Nice Frontage! (1965)
A very nice front view of Ann Wilson from Solo No.44 P29 (1965) by Harrison Marks. The retouchers were at it again with this shot, but thankfully not much to hide as Ann kept things clean down there! Also, a nice view of the frontage of Ewhurst Manor in this shot, showing the main front windows and door, which means Ann was either stood on the driveway or small front lawn in front of the drive.
Angela Duncan: Oh, Miss!
Three shots from A Hit for Two Miss’s featuring Angela and unknown model No.56 in a schoolgirl/teacher scenario. I have around 25 stills from the film featuring both as they strip down and end up in bed naked, but nothing more than that really, shame!
Alicen: Bolts & Bits!
A shot of Alicen Warden by Harrison Marks out and about in Cornwall. Taken in May 1966 around the old tin mines near Bedruthan. Stunning view of Alicen as she poses by some big bolts with a mine in background.
Ann Walker by Harrison Marks
Ann posed for many UK photographers in the 1960s including Harrison Marks, Russell Gay and many others. She gave up modelling in the 1970s but stayed within the industry to become an agent for other models.
This is a great shot of Ann by GHM showing off her figure and mound perfectly :)
Diane Hedges: A Flash of Pink!
A reflective shot of Diane Hedges by Harrison Marks from a restored 35mm Pamar Slide. Not a very colourful shot apart from the flashes of pink from her nipples and the curtains, plus the red nail polish. Still gives you a very good view of Diane’s figure though :)
Theresa: Curves & Curtains
A fantastic shot of Theresa Seymour taken by Harrison Marks. Theresa really changed over her period, posing for GHM with auburn curls in this shot to earlier when she had short blond hair. Either hairstyle, the curves remained the same :)
Reclining Rochelle!
A stunning restored shot from an original print of Rochelle Lofting from the 1950s and having an educated guess I’d say these look like Harrison Marks shots, but I’m not 100% certain?
I love the way she is laying on her side looking away, but giving us a fabulous view of her curves and those great tits!
Kamera No.27 Cover (1959)
One of my favourite early Kamera covers featuring Pamela Green and Jean Spaul (Sporle) posing in the living room of GHM’s flat. Not much more you need to say about it really, other than it’s a classic cover and even today has an elegance and style about it that can’t be replicated.
