A restored colour shot from a Pamar slide of Pamela Green posing nude on a rowing boat on the Isles of Scilly in 1958. This shot along with a few other’s I have were taken by Harrison Marks as part of a shoot for his hardback book ‘Kamera on Location’. There are several different shots of Pam posing with this rowing boat within the book and all black and white, but these are the first I’ve seen in colour. Beautiful views in the background and foreground for all to see :)
Backstage with Pam, Mary & Madeleine (1959)
Two shots of Pamela Green, Mary Deighan and Madeleine Mado (Maria Hale) from Kamera Backstage (1959). Both shots are very elegantly done, with all 3 models fitting well into the same shot. My favourite is the top shot with Mary and Pam wearing the nipple covers or pasties, whatever they are called, and Madeleine in the background. The bottom shot is all about the use of light and shadows bouncing off the bodies of the 3 girls, and it works very well with the shape of the bodies and the different perspectives. One of my favourite early Kamera Specials. :)
June Simpson: Platinum Waves
With her typical 1950s wavy blonde hair, June Simpson was a regular feature in the early publications of Harrison Marks, appearing in Kamera No.2, 3, 8, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 34 & 35, plus appearances in some of his other lesser known publications. She also had Solo No.5 devoted to her, as well as appearing on the cover and inside pages of Kamera Special No.1, along with appearances in Kamera Special No.2, No.3 and No.5.
The above image is an early shot of June by Harrison Marks from an original negative taken in the late 1950s, and features the familiar daisy wallpaper backdrop and leopardskin rug.
Pat Davis: A Heavenly View (1959)
Pat Davis from Kamera No.19 P29 (1959) posing in the studio sat on a stool, with the sky background added in during processing. GHM did this on many of his shots, but it predominately seemed to be a sky/beach background, such as in this example of Sylvana Manto.
June in Jail! (1964)

Well not actually in jail, but photographed on the dungeon set by Harrison Marks and another shot featured in the Kamera Special ‘The Fabulous June Palmer’ (1964). I’ve already published two colour images of June on the dungeon set, from original negatives I own, with at least a further two also appearing the same Kamera Special.
Pam’s Parlour Pose! (Original)
Restored from an original print, Pamela Green by Harrison Marks posing on her knees nude in the front parlour! An early shot of Pam, before being a blonde (redhead stage?), I have several shots from this set of her posing in various locations around GHM’s flat (I assume it’s his place?). A great shot of a nude Pam in front of the dresser :)
Annette Johnson – A Right Fruity One! (1964)
OK, I’ll openly admit that Annette Johnson isn’t one of my favourite models, but don’t ask me to explain why because I can’t really put a finger on why I don’t like her, I just don’t compared to others. Saying that the shots of her taken by Harrison Marks are some of the better ones I’ve seen of her, plus those by Ed Alexander and this shot is a good example. Taken by Harrison Marks outside Ewhurst Manor, this is one of four shots of her that appear in the hardback book ‘She Walks in Beauty’ (1964). All four shots are located in the grounds of Ewhurst, which is unusual in that nearly almost all of the photo’s in SWiB are taken on location down in Devon, apart from a small sub-set based at Ewhurst.
This shot is outside the front of Ewhurst, as you can see the driveway, but what is more bizarre about the shot, other than Annette’s pose, is the bowl of fruit on the ground in front of her! What’s that all about? It also looks like the retouchers had a field day hiding her nether region and did a poor job! Despite all of the above Annette doesn’t look too bad in the shot :)
Erica – Kamera No.36 Cover (1960)
The cover of Kamera No.36 (1960) featuring one of my big busted favourites, Erica. This comes from a scan of my own copy from my growing collection of Kamera magazines. It needed very little doing to it, apart from a tweak to the colours, as this copy is in near perfect condition for its age, with the cover only slightly faded.
June Palmer – A Nice Tit! (1964)

The title is in reference to the bird in the picture just above her right tit, not June! But the bird might be a tit as well, who knows? June posing on the Chinese Garden Set from the Kamera Special, The Fabulous June Palmer, P2 (1964).
