Alison Wills: Mayfair Cover (November 1981)


Alison Wills on the cover of Mayfair Vol.16 No.11 (Nov 1981). I will always have an affinity to Mayfair, as it was one of my first introductions into glamour/men’s magazines as a young adult. This cover along with a few others was one of my favourites and always manages to get a reaction! There’s nothing particularly risqué about the cover, other than maybe the way Alison is posing, but it does it for me!

The shots of Alison within the magazine are equally good and reveal far more of what’s beneath that white leotard than the cover, but sometimes less is more and makes the mind work! Incidentally, Alison’s very young, almost school girl like look helped her progress her career as a model in the 1980s. She went on to appear in several other magazines and did a lot more explicit stuff in magazines with titles like Sweet Little 16 and so on, which I don’t think I need to explain further!

A Sitting Sally


A beautiful shot of Sally Dixon in the studio posing topless in just black panties and high heels from an original medium format negative. Sally was a regular in Girl Illustrated magazine in the late 1960s and early 70s, but I don’t recall seeing any shots from this set, so unknown if it has every been published?

Teri Martine – That 1960’s Look!

Teri Martine dressed and sat looking extremely sexy in high heels and a very short mini dress giving the shot a very 1960’s feel to it. I’m not sure if it’s by Harrison Marks, but the dressing table and set has a familiar feel to it?

Not your normal glamour shot from Teri, but then her career was very diverse over the years ranging from non nude shots such as this, to nude glamour, fetish and bondage work. A woman of many talents and skills during her time modelling.

Two shots of an elegant June Russell posing on an ornate looking bed in stockings, heels and dangly earrings from some restored silver gelatin photo’s. I don’y know why but she looks so elegant and extremely sexy wearing next to nothing on that bed. Similar to the casting couch, June and other models from early photo sets appear on this bed quite regularly!

I think this shot is the closest I’ve seen of Nicky showing us an uncensored shot of what’s between her legs? You still don’t see much, but you can see she’s shaven, which I had guessed and maybe just a hint more but that’s it! A very modest girl it seems, but I’m sure she must have opened her legs further for someone, maybe GHM in private?

A cheeky shot in more than one way of Della Fox from behind! A beautifully posed shot showing off her bottom with sheer panties pulled down slightly as she perches on a stool. The black garters and high heels all all to the sensuality of the shot. Thanks to Kevin for this print of Della :)

Judy Geeson & Sandy Morrow – The Perfect Rear Guard!

Three shots of Judy Geeson and Sandy Morrow from restored silver gelatin photo’s and from a set of 12 images of them both stripping out of their clothes down to just stockings and heels.

These two don’t have the most voluptuous of figures compare to some models and both have small perky tits, but both have cracking rear ends! Especially Judy as hers looks particularity rounded, almost heart shaped as her waist goes inwards. I know if I was presented with that rear view I wouldn’t say no!

Dawn Grayson – A Seductive Look in Blue!


I have about 6 or 7 negatives from this set of Dawn and although none of them are nude, it is still a stunning set of her! The set consists of her posing on this familiar set with the electric fire wearing a pale blue bra, white fishnet panties, tan stockings and heels. I’ve posted two shots so far that you can see here, and Dawn looks stunning in both, but not quite sure which I prefer?

Gloria Lomax: Kneeling Delight


Gloria Lomax from a restored 10 by 8 print. I have several colour 35 mm slides of Gloria from this set, but unfortunately the quality of the slides is very poor, so it’s good to see a good version (even in black and white) of one of these shots.
