A combination of two of my favourites, UK model Tracy Reeves and Girl Illustrated. Tracy appeared within the pages of GI several times, the first being Vol.2 No.22 when she was apparently only 19! A stunning figure, but she seemed a little goofy at times especially when she posed in a short blonde wig! She also posed with other familiar models of the time such as Angela Duncan and Gerry Brown.

Unfortunately, the shots have been retouched for censorship reasons back then, but the way June poses it probably didn’t need much retouching. If the date of Publication is correct, then this would put June at 19 when she had these shots taken.
The first post from my recent purchase of the Kamera Special ‘The Fabulous June Palmer’ by Harrison Marks (1964). This shot shows a topless June in slacks posing in front of the cottage door at Ewhurst Manor with a cracking smile on a 20 something model. This Kamera Special dedicated to June was 64 pages and shows June in various poses on different sets throughout her early modelling career with GHM.
The cover of the first edition of In Focus, edited by Harrison Marks. In the heady days following the highly successful launch of Kamera, it seemed that the market for Harrison Marks’ publications was insatiable. ‘In Focus’ was another Kamera style pocketbook that Kamera Publications launched in 1957. The highest issue number that I have come across to date is No.21 If this is the last issue, then the publication was last printed in 1964.
No idea who the cover model is, unless anyone can enlighten me?
June Palmer on the cover of Kamera No.69 (1965) and posing on the Roman Bath set. Kamera No.69 was a popular edition for June, as she not only does she appear on the cover, but also on 12 of the 48 pages inside.
This slicked up shot of a glistening body is of Erica as if you needed to guess and comes from Kamera No.20 P32 (1959). As I’ve said before, it seems that Harrison Marks had a thing for Erica oiled up, as I’ve seen more or Erica with oil on her body than not. Just an observation, as what’s not to like about seeing Erica or her body at least and those oiled curves!
Rochelle Lofting by Harrison Marks from Solo No.6 P11 (1958). She looks very seductive in this shot with that typical and classical 1950s hairstyle and makeup. What’s not so classical, but equally enthralling about the shot is the way she’s squeezing those beautiful tits between her arms, highlighting those small circular areola with little hard nipples protruding from them. A seductive and delicious shot. :)
Gill Evans from a scan of an original negative with the slightly censored version of the same shot appearing in Kamera No.81 P37 (1967). Gill Evans was already a well known and popular model in other UK & US based publications when Harrison Marks offered her a place on his annual Cornwall shoot in 1966. All the photos from the shoot that he published were reproduced in Kamera on Location ’66. He also did a studio shoot of her and fifteen of these photos were published in Kamera No.81 including the front cover and the shot above.
A stunning beauty not used enough by GHM in my humble opinion :)
Anna Verdi out and about from Outdoor Leisure No.3 and No.4, but obviously taken at the same time but published across two publications. Beautiful views of her figure in both, just a shame the censor has been at them to her bush!
She may be a blonde, but there is no mistaking the stunning looks of Eve Eden! A shot of Eve during her short period as a blonde and one of two shots that appeared in Carnival Autumn Extra (1964). It’s been a while since I posted some pages from Carnival and toy forget how many of the models on this blog appeared throughout the editions over the years.
