Louise Worth – Kamera No.80 Cover (1967)

Louise Worth sat posing on a four-poster bed from Kamera No.80 cover (1967) by Harrison Marks. The four-poster bed was actually in a bedroom at Ewhurst Manor. It seems to appear in other shoots, including a set featuring Margaret Nolan and others. 🙂

Angela & Gerry – Two Girl Special!

I got a beautiful copy of Smooth Satin No.15 delivered today. Featuring the two girl special of Angela Duncan and Gerry Brown in 48 pages of them stripping on a bed. Fantastic little book, but as with other editions of this publication not the best quality and not that risqué! Plenty of stockings and boobs, but nothing showing down below, although Gerry looks to be wearing some crotchless panties, but her hand is always in the way!

Thanks to Rambooks for this fabulous copy and another bi-coloured cover 🙂

Light & Shade No.12 Cover

The cover of light and shade No.12 from the 1960s featuring the stunning figure of an unknown beauty in gold.  I’ve also included a shot of the same model from the pages within, with both shots showing her as a reflection in a mirror. Both shots show off her fabulous figure and curves, but can anyone identify her?

Paula’s Precarious Perch!

Paula King, precariously perched on what seems to be a piece of wood across the pond at Ewhurst Manor. I’d say this scan of an original negative was by photographer Ken Williams, as it fits with other images of Paula published in Lenz No.3. Superbly balanced shot of Paula’s fine figure as she leans against what looks like a stone bird bath to me.

The Fabulous Valerie Jones

The fabulous Valerie Jones, published by Gold Star publications, featuring 56 pages of Valerie in various locations and stages of undress. Looking through all the shots, they all seem to be by Harrison Marks, either at his flat or other well known sets.

I’m not sure if this is just a duplicate of the Solo magazine under a different title or different shots? I’m missing the Solo edition featuring Valerie, so can’t compare the two.

Exciting No.26 – Front & Rear!

From my growing collection of Exciting Magazines, the front, and rear cover of Exciting No.26 from 1969. This curly haired beauty isn’t shy in showing off her front and rear either, with two very open but classic continental poses on view. I’m not sure if her hair is natural or a wig, but the collar and cuffs certainly seem to match!

I now have 17 editions of Exciting in my growing collection, and they are certainly different from the magazine style of Harrison Marks and other UK photographers. Most shots are by Serge Jacques, and he certainly had a more open and differing style for his models to pose. Not everyone’s taste, but the style of the magazines and models has intrigued me, so thought I’d explore them a bit more! 😉

Sylvia Bayo – Black & White Contrast!

A page from Nylon Flash No.19 of Sylvia Bayo and friend stripping out of their underwear. The contrast of Sylvia in white panties against the other model in black panties works perfectly. The opposing underwear colours and skin tones highlight the assets of each other throughout. Here you can see the perfect example of black and white contrast, with Sylvia showing off her friend’s round white bum with black panties pulled down.

I now have a complete edited version of Nylon Flash No.19, with the full magazine, including a full 48 pages of Sylvia and friend stripping out of their underwear.

Nicole’s Front & Rear!

I published these shots from Cover Girl No.12 on my old site several years ago now, but these images are updated better scans, so time for a revisit. The ebony beauty, showing off her ample front and rear, on the matching covers of the magazine is Nicole Isimat. A stunning body and pussy that’s well worth a revisit! 😉

Exciting No.13 – Front & Rear!

Another front and rearview from my growing collection of Exciting Magazines. This is the front and rear cover of Exciting No.13 from 1968. This dark haired beauty looks stunning in black, showing off her front and rear views, including a nice view of her round arse.

I now have 17 editions of Exciting in my growing collection, and they are certainly different from the magazine style of Harrison Marks and other UK photographers.

Cover Girl No.24 – Front & Rear

Continuing from my collection of Cover Girl. The front and (rear cover for members) of Cover Girl No.24 from 1968. I love the concept of a front view on the main cover and a rearview on the back. I think I prefer the rearview of this edition, as you get a great view of the model’s great arse as she leans over a very retro style chair.

A nice uncensored view on the front cover too that no doubt caught the eye of potential European buyers.

Some will say that this type of magazine and post isn’t for them, which I totally get. For me, it’s about capturing and revisiting a magazine that’s disappearing fast in today’s world. These magazines are over 50 years old now, and printed versions are becoming rare. Take into account that these type of magazines are also disappearing because they are seen as not acceptable by certain groups in society today. It makes it even more important to capture and celebrate these magazines, the models in all their fabulous glory and the photographers that pushed the boundaries back in the 1960s. Sometimes it just seems like we are going backwards in our views and everything needs to be censored in case it offends one group or another!

I say just enjoy it for what it is in your mind and if not just move along 🙂
