Samantha Strips!

A fantastic set of images of 1960s model Samantha Seager stripping. Originally a set of colour 35 mm slides, but unfortunately the colours had faded to magenta so badly they couldn’t be recovered. Thankfully the clarity of the images was very good, so a quick conversion to black and white, and you have a great set of images.

Marie's Perfect Curves

A closer shot of Marie Deveraux by Harrison Marks from a medium format negative. A beautiful figure study of a kneeling Marie showing off her perfect curves. Superb lines and form. :)

Just a Blonde Paula!

Another beautiful shot of Paula Page by Harrison Marks, with the lighting highlighting her curves and lines! This shot appeared in the reprinting of GHM’s work of Paula called ‘Just Paula Page’. Obviously still going through her blonde stage. :)

Kamera Dynamic Duo’s!

Two of my favourite dynamic duo’s from Harrison Marks. Pamela Green and Marie Deveraux from the 1950s followed by Dawn Grayson and Lisa Hamilton at Ewhurst Manor in the 60s as trading cards.

Ebony Glass Cutters!

An unknown ebony model with nipples that look like they could cut glass! Two shots sent over by Whyriley from his collection of models that visited his studio back in the 1960s and 70s of an unknown amateur model. Unfortunately, he doesn’t have many more details, other than she was brought down by one of the photographers that used his studio. He only took a few shots to put her in the model album but doesn’t have a name, but remembers she came to the studio in the early seventies.

Light & Shade Magazine Covers (1950’s)

A set of covers from the publication ‘Light & Shade’ from the late 1950s. I have a set of 15 covers from No.1 to No.15, but have no idea if that is a full set? These were produced by Russell Gay and published by Dalrow Publication Ltd. Pennine Publications, Bolton. A very similar set of magazines in the same style, including Tricoloured covers was published under the title ‘Line & Form’, but by Eva Grant (I also have a set of these to edit and post).

I love the covers of this magazine, especially the use of one primary colour per cover. I think my favourites are No.8, No.9 (June Simpson) and No.12.

Not Such An Unknown Amateur

I recently received a collection of negatives from a contact taken at some point during the 1960s, including these 3 nude shots of this unknown model. At first, I thought they were just shots someone had taken of an amateur housewife in the front room, but it seems I may have been mistaken.

I recently came across a late 1960s publication called Satin Flash, which is very similar in style to Nylon Flash, Range, and others. All feature single models, duo’s or sometimes groups doing a striptease and as the titles suggest wearing nylons. Some feature well known models to this site, and others I don’t recognize. Well, Satin Flash No.40 features the above model stripping and exposing herself in various outfits. So, maybe not such an amateur after all, although I have no idea who she is and if the 3 shots I have ever appeared in a publication. Not the best figure I’ve seen either, but very natural and the same half smile in all shots.

Cleo Simmons: A Devil At The Door!

The shapely form of Cleo Simmons by Harrison Marks. Posing in the doorway of the coven set Cleo looks perfectly posed on tiptoes and kneeling showing off her ample curves. The Devil’s Head pops up again in these shots, but works well against the stone wall and step.

Vicki on The Rocks!

Marianne Morris (Vicki Pascale) on the rocks! Taken by Terry Sparks on a beach in Rhodes in 1971. From a large set of images of Marianne taken by Terry, but I do love the three different views we see here.

A Rocky Outlook!

An unknown model taken by Leslie Bainbridge, probably for his H&E magazine. This comes from an original print in my collection, but no idea who the model is? A great view and smile with plenty on show, not sure about the rocky position!
