I’ve been staring at this shot of Dawn Grayson for far too long, but can’t take my eyes off her in this shot. An early shot of Dawn possible from Spick and Span, but an absolutely gorgeous one that looks good in black and white. Another one of my own original negatives I recently acquired, and I’m getting quite a collection of Dawn now.
The elegance of Nancy Roberts posing on a bed from a restored silver gelatin photo. Nancy always looks so poised, but damn sexy in the these photos, and this is a good example. The delightful Annlyse by Harrison Marks posing next to his bookshelf in his flat. It’s either an early morning shot or late evening, judging by the time on the clock display to the right of her shoulder. I would think morning, but I may be wrong.

Continuing from my collection of Cover Girl & Exciting Magazines, the front, and rear cover of Exciting No.8 from 1968. I think I prefer the rearview of this edition, as you get a great view of the model’s great tan lined arse.

A very domineering look from Virginia Jones as she poses for Harrison Marks from a scan of an original negative that popped up today. God knows what was going on in this shot, but Virginia reminds me of some stern dominatrix (so I’ve been told ;-) ) ready to had out punishment with that whip for all the naughty boys out there! Just looking at it makes me feel very subservient. Taken in the late 1960s it was an obvious precursor for Harrison Marks and his foray into his bondage/spanking period!
It’s still a rather fabulous shot of Virginia in that leather gear, if a little different from the usual shots of her and a little scary!
A restored cover of Solo No.6 (1958) by Harrison Marks featuring Rochelle Lofting. A rather seductive and teasing cover of Rochelle. I’m sure it tempted many to stop and flick through the delicious views inside.
I always thought Rochelle was rather underrated, as she had a great figure and bust that she willingly showed off during the late 1950s in various magazines ;)
