Gill Evans – A Waterfall Wonder

Returning after a two-week holiday to Cornwall, can’t say the views or weather were as good as Gill, but hey it was a break!

The fabulous Gill Evens posing in the shallows of a river waterfall for Harrison Marks in the summer of 1966 on his two-week trip with his models to Bedruthan in Cornwall. This image itself doesn’t actually appear in Kamera on Location 1966, but I’ve not got a copy of Solo featuring Gill, so it may have been published there? It’s too good a shot of Gill not to have been published.

Paula's Buoyancy Aids!


A very blonde looking Paula Page posing on the side of Harrison Marks’ motorboat ‘Pyewacket’. It looked like a lovely day for messing about in the water and Paula looks to be using those big tits of hers as great buoyancy aids.

I would say another still taken at the same time they filmed the black and white 8mm Glamour film No.104 ‘Nautical Nudes’

Linda Lloyd – Kamera Calendar May 1966/2022

Continuing my monthly posts of my updated images of the 1966 Kamera calendar. May features another rarely used model by Harrison Marks in the perky form of Linda Lloyd. A very elegant pose sat naked on a tree stump by the side of a river. A great way to start May as the weather hopefully gets warmer! :)

Up Stream with Elaine Desmond! (Original)

A shot of Elaine Desmond precariously posing in the river, taken by Harrison Marks. Location wise this is on location down in Bedruthan, Cornwall, as I’ve seen similar shots at this river used in Kamera on Location 66. Elaine wasn’t part of the original set of models that appear in Kamera on Location 66. It does appear it was a popular location for GHM, as several other models including Elaine are seeing posing in the same locations during the late 1960s.

Neva: Kamera Calendar, July 1968


Neva in the doorway of the Lantern Cottage set from the July page of the 1968 Kamera Calendar. A stunning dusky woman from Trinidad not blessed with the largest of chests and a strategically placed hand covering below, which is a real shame as she had the most fantastic thick lush bush on her! I suppose full-frontal shots were a bit risqué for the calendars back then, even though most ended up on the walls of workshops etc.

Paula & Caron – Nautical Nudes! (Original)

A very blonde looking Paula Page & Caron Gardiner posing on the back of Harrison Marks’ motorboat ‘Pyewacket’. It looked like a lovely day for messing about on the water and shots similar to this along with others featuring Pamela Green on the boat appeared in Kamera No.33 (1960). I would also say that they filmed the black and white 8mm Glamour film No.104 ‘Nautical Nudes’ at the same time.

Caron and Paula look very sun kissed and tanned in this shot, although Caron does look a little serious!

Robin’s Natural Riverside View (Original)

The retouched version of this shot of Alicen Warden (Robin) appears in ‘Kamera on Location 66’ P45. On location down in Cornwall in May 1966. Alicen only ever posed for Harrison Marks for one week in May 1966 and this is a scan of the original negative giving a full on uncensored view of her by the riverside.

A Riverside Robin (Original)

The beautiful Robin (Alicen Warden) posing at the river edge from an original colour negative taken by Harrison Marks. I have quite a collection of negatives now of Robin, with nearly all of them taken on location down in Devon in 1966. This river and location were used no end of times in shots, but I have no idea as to which river it was, but it will have been somewhere near Bedruthen in North Cornwall where they were based for two weeks.  Robin was the name that GHM gave Alicen, but no idea as to why that name was used, but she accompanied GHM and the team for the 1st week in May 1966.

I love her pose in this shot along with the pigtails, but that water sure doesn’t look very warm to me! More of Robin on location here.

A Bushy View of Sue (1969)

Sue Owen in the undergrowth down by the river as she poses nude leaning against a tree! Taken by Harrison Marks this uncensored version of the shot appears in Nature’s Intention Vol.1 No.1, P44 (1969), unsure if a censored version appeared anywhere though? A great view of Sue’s lush bush as she leans back and the location looks to be on a familiar river edge, probably on location at one of GHM’s favourite haunts down in Cornwall?

The model known only as Samantha posing for Harrison Marks on location down in Cornwall, during the Kamera on Location 1966 shoot. A beautiful model with a beautiful untouched bush, not that you can see it in this shot and a great set of small perky tits! One assumes this was in the woods near the river that appear in many of the 66 shots?
