Pamela Green – Bathtime & Bubbles (1958)
A very flexible Pamela in the bath from Kamera No.13 (1958) and it looks very inviting indeed! Probably taken in the bathroom of GHM’s flat at Gerrard Place.
Vera Novak – Kamera No.57 Cover (1964)
My latest Kamera purchase dropped through the door today and I love the orange cover featuring Vera Novak. Not sure about the heavily retouched/censored parts though as they make her look like a shop mannequin with that smooth nether region!
Sue Chester by Ken Williams
A great side profile shot of Sue Chester by Ken Williams from Lenz No.3 sitting outdoors on a wicker table. One for the smaller boob lovers out there as I’ve been accused of favouring the bigger girls too much, but I can’t help having my favourites :)
Sue Owen – Deep in the Undergrowth!
A dark haired Sue Owen posing down by the waterside from Nature’s Intention Vol.1 No.1 and all sorts of titles came to mind with this shot, all bush related :) Not sure of the location, but as many of the shots are at Ewhurst it could be somewhere down by the pond, but that looks to be running water, so maybe not?
June Wilkinson by Harrison Marks (1958)
One of the few appearances of June Wilkinson in Kamera, this one being the only shot of her to appear in Kamera Special No.2 (1958). June also appeared in Kamera No.5 (1 shot) and No.8 (1 shot) along with several shots of her appearing in one of GHM’s other publications ‘In Focus’. They may be scarce but still a worth addition to the GHM portfolio.
Rita's Pink Pose – Kamera Special No.2 Cover (1958)
I got a superb copy of Kamera Special No.2 (1958) this week, with very few things wrong with it for a magazine that is 56 years old. The cover above features Pamela Green as Rita Landre in that very bright and tight pink corset! I even have an original copy of this image (reversed) that I published here. A Young June Palmer (Original)
A scan of an old photograph of a young June Palmer with long hair and wearing a see-through negligee. The original photo came from John W and was ‘old and rather crumpled’ in it’s original state, but has been edited to remove creases and colour restored where possible.
