The Perky Peaks of Linda Lloyd (1965)

Linda Lloyd posing for GHM in his Flat amongst the ceramic cats from the Kamera Special No.5 (1965). Loving the beehive hairstyle and the ornament behind Linda causing the double peaks shadow :)
Linda did three photo shoots for Harrison Marks. The first, a studio shoot, were printed in Kamera No.60 & 63 (1964). The second shoot was at GHM’s London flat (above) and then Linda was chosen for the annual Cornwall shoot. Photos from the latter two were published in Kamera No.64 & 76.

Elaine Desmond Uncensored & Retouched (1963)

I always find it fascinating when I come across an image of a model published in Kamera and have a copy of the original to compare it with.  The above two shots are a good example of Elaine Desmond published in Kamera No.51 (1963).
The first shot is the original uncensored shot of Elaine showing us everything, including her smooth fully shaven mons pubis area. The second is the same shot, but published in Kamera after the retoucher has got hold of it to get it past the censors! If we ignore the quality difference between the two shots I still know which one I prefer. Although back when this was published, something was better than nothing in terms of titillation! Two great shots of Elaine which ever version you prefer.

Pamela Green on the Rocks! (1952)

An early shot of Pamela Green posing on the rocks taken by Zoltan Glass in 1952 and one of her still with her darker hair. I’m unsure as to where this image actually got published, so if anyone knows please do let me know?

Margaret Nolan – Pussy Adoration! (1962)

So little time and so many pussy jokes I could use, but I’ll refrain from doing them! Margaret Nolan posing in the Gerrard Street exhibition of GHM’s work, which included a pussy section! As well as photographing glamour models, Harrison Marks also loved his cats (see refrained from using pussy there!) and his cats turn up in many of his early photo’s especially those taken at Gerrard Street and his flat above. Margaret can be seen above in the cat section of the exhibition hold on of the said cats and this appeared in Kamera No.46 (1962) with other shots of Margaret in abd around the exhibition.

The Graceful Curves of Doris!

Another model identified this time by PhilD, who originally sent through the top shot for identification in this post and then identified his own request :) Phil later identified the model as Doris Hurst and sent through the bottom image of her from Beautiful Britons No.8 and definitely the same model.
Thanks to Phil another from the unknown models list identified!

Could It Be Gloria? (1958)

I published an image of this model from Kamera No.7 (1958), where she appears twice on a Tiger skin rug. After that post, a member mailed me with a possible identification of her, as Gloria Conlan, but I’m still not 100% convinced? I actually published a set of photo’s of Gloria Conlan by Harrison Marks that appeared in the Fiesta Spring Special 1957 (Pages 46-49), so the timeline works.  She also appears in the above shot from Kamera Special No.2 (1958).

June Simpson – A Conservatory View! (1958)

What a pose from June Simpson, showing off that fantastic figure and rear to good effect in this shot, with her ached back highlighting the curve of her bum even more! Taken in the conservatory at Pamela Green’s parent’s house in Kent by Harrison Marks and appearing in Kamera No.16 (1958). Sometimes it’s the obscure poses that tend to stimulate the mind, more than the more obvious shots!

Julie Collins – A Brush With A Bush!

An uncensored shot of Julie Collins posing amongst the branches of a willow tree in the grounds of Ewhurst Walden Manor. This shot comes from Nature’s Intention Vol.1 No.2 (1969), which has the uncensored shots of images that originally appeared in Kamera and other publications. A great shot of Julie with the pond in the background, and she sure did have a full magnificent bush to show off when allowed!

Barbara’s Bum (1968)

I thought it would be easy to do a day of posts featuring the wonderful rears of some of the models by Harrison Marks, but it’s harder than I imagined! Scanning through all the images and magazines I have it becomes apparent that GHM prefered up front shots rather than shots from behind as they are sparsely scattered throughout his publications.  Not one to be deterred I’ve comes across a few views, such as the this great rear of Barbara Halks from Kamera No.86 (1968)

Ann Wilson – Another Perky Redhead (1965)

Ann Wilson, another favourite redhead of mine and one that is also mistaken in some shots for the other redhead, Dawn Grayson. This may be due to the fact that both posed outdoors for GHM with his White Buick and both have similar body shapes.
Ann started posing for Harrison Marks in 1964 and the above shot comes from Solo No.44 (1965) dedicated to her. Ann was one of the few models to be shot by GHM in the house and grounds at a manor in Orpington, which we now know was Walden Manor. So it seems that the shots of Ann, Dawn and others with the White Buick may well have taken place at Walden and Not Ewhurst.
A great shot of Ann above and now I have many more to share thanks to getting a great copy of Solo No.44.
