Pamela The Blond Bombshell

If you’d not guessed I’m having a Pamela day and the different aliases that she posed under or hair colours she used. Here we have probably the most familiar and iconic view of Pam with her long blonde hair that she was more synonymous with later in her career. A beautiful view of her blonde locks and figure in this show on the witches coven set from ‘Just Pamela Green’.

Princess Sonmar Harricks – Beauty In The Barn

Princess Sonmar Harricks (Pamela Green) posing in the hay barn from Kamera No.37 (1961) with a very strategically placed thumb! The pubic region may look retouched, but it’s known she shaved to reduce the retouching, so the thumb is very well placed or GHM got the angle of the shot spot on!

June Simpson – Kamera Special No.1

I’ve already published a copy of this cover on the ‘Specials and Calendar’s’ page, but this is a scan from my own copy which was my latest purchase via eBay and arrived last week. Published by Harrison Marks in December 1957 the cover features June Simpson, one of the favourite 50’s models.

The above image has been restored to remove several creases and the edge was well worn, but the overall condition of this magazine of over 57 years is very good. Like all Kamera editions it’s a small digest size magazine featuring 98 pages of your favourite early Harrison Marks models.  These include Pamela Green, June Simpson, Marie Deveraux, Julie, June Russell, Diane Hedges, Maxine, Eva Wild and Lydia Barton to name a few.

An excellent addition to my growing Kamera collection, which now stands at 9 standard Kamera Editions, Kamera Special No.1, Kamera Backstage and the 1960 Kamera Calendar.  Plenty more to collect and keep me going :)

Ewhurst in Colour

I came across this image of two nude models posing by a pond and realized it was Ewhurst Manor and one of the few colour images I’ve come across that shows part of the house and the pond. It comes to something when I was more interested in the house and pond rather than the two nude models! I have no idea who either of them are or who took the shot?

Anna Verdi – Look at The High Beams on Her!

Anna Verdi posing with a fur wrap, but more importantly look at the cracking pair of nipples on her. 

It got me thinking to what you call a pair of hard nipples in terms of slang words, so I went looking and was surprised at the numerous slang words for them there are! As the title suggests they can be referred to as ‘High Beams’, but my favourite must be a couple of ‘Bruce Lee’s’, which takes a bit of working out and is slightly racist or politically incorrect, but hey it made me laugh! Anyway you could definitely hang your hat or coat on those!
