I have over the last few years amassed a significant collection of June images from throughout her career, both glamour and normal none glamour shots. Some are on holidays, some just candid shots of June out and about. Sometimes you come across a shot of June that just makes you stop and enjoy the view and this is one of those shots! It’s not a glamour nude, just a shot of June posing for the camera in a gateway wearing a bikini, but her pose, figure, hair and even the look on her face just make it one of those photo’s that makes you stop and enjoy!
A stunning shot of June and her figure taken in the 1960’s by Arthur Howell at a guess? A big thanks to Kevin who sent this copy of the original over and who is selling the actual negative of this shot over on eBay if you are interested in owning it?
Paula Page by Harrison Marks as she lays naked on the grass enjoying the sun! I don’t know why, but Paula’s assets look larger than normal in this shot, it must be the position and use of her arms that amplifies the size!

The cover of Gina by Rosalinda which was a small format magazine full of images featuring ‘Gina’ or as we know her Ann Austin! I’ve seen other magazines ‘by Rosalinda’ and had always assumed incorrectly that this was the name of the publisher or such. It actually turns out that Rosalinda is a female photographer and this magazine actually features a part mirror selfie of Rosalinda and Ann. Well there you go another thing I didn’t know!
Time for another glamour film from the Harrison Marks library and this is another from the Kamera Cine Film collection, but is a double whammy as it also includes both June Palmer and Harrison Marks himself. This is Kamera Cine Film No.34 titled ‘Photo Session’, a 75 ft. black and white film taken in 1963. The exciting part about this film, other than it featuring June in her prime, is the location, which is one of my favourite locations, Ewhurst Manor. In this 6 minute film we not only get to see June in various poses for GHM, but in different parts of Ewhurst. We see the cottage door to the left of the main house, one of it’s bedrooms, the familiar main front door and various parts of the garden. For me seeing Ewhurst as part of the film always seems to add more than just as a background to a photo.
The premise of this film is again a simple one. June seems to be pretending to live at Ewhurst, when Harrison Marks turns up to take some photographs, she then strips off to pose for him in various locations. All finished off with a post session cigarette before she waves him off, giving us one last longing view of her body. What else could any hot blooded male want from such a film!

I have a growing collection of 35 mm slide sets (200+ at the last count), with some sets being of well known models from that time. I also have a number of individual slides and unknown models of varying quality, and I’m slowly working through them to try to restore them, as most are faded or have that familiar purple tinge.
The above is one of the single restored slides and of Ann Wilson, a popular model of Harrison Marks and others in the late 1960s. This was originally very red, but think it’s come up pretty well and works still being slight red, as Ann was a redhead and the shirt was dark red. Unfortunately the highlights were blown out around her chest, but you still see the important bits, i.e the small perky nipples! Not sure about the fake brick wallpaper in the background, but it works!
A second cheeky little shot of Dawn Grayson posing in a very short sheer pink négligée that leaves little to the imagination! Taken outdoors at the same location as this original shot, it comes from a scan of an original 35 mm Kodak slide from my own Dawn collection and is the last of two shots I have from this set.
A fabulously sexy shot of Vera Day posing backstage in black corset, panties, and stockings by Harrison Marks. A number of shots from this shoot appeared in the hardback book ‘Vera’ but this shot from an original negative of Vera never actually made it into the book, I wonder why? A simply stunning and very sexy shot of Vera without really revealing anything. :)
A restored 35 mm colour slide of Gloria Lomax (Donna Ambrose) as she poses in the studio with a blue sheer curtain as a backdrop. I love Gloria’s figure, not as full as some of the other models I post on here, but still in proportion with a nice small round pair of boobs. Obviously this slide was only produced for the private market rather than published as it’s been left uncensored and showing Gloria’s smooth shaved nether region. Fabulous colours in this slide, with little fading or restoring required to bring Gloria back to her full glory!
