Angela Jones: A Flash of Shoulder & Stocking (1971)

A restored original print of Angela Jones in black dress, giving us a flash of stocking and her dress strap and bra falling off one shoulder! A classic teasing shot that was published in Spick & Span Extra No.40 (Autumn 1971) under the title ‘Wistful Thinking’, which showed Angela in a number of poses flashing her stockings.

A Pale Blue Dawn!

Dawn Grayson posing in light blue bra, tan stockings and white panties looking absolutely stunning. From my own collection of Dawn originals and I have several of her from this set and a few others in different outfits but the same sofa and Bamboo wallpaper! I can’t work out if this is an actual front from or a studio set from the photos I’ve seen, but very 1960s!

Gloria’s Shaved Beaver!

The title says it all really! Gloria Lomax on the cover of Shaved Beaver No.1 laying on the bed in black corset and stockings showing off her shaved beaver! Well not really as the publisher has added the pink oval to hide anything to risqué, but one assume more was revealed inside, so to speak!

Della’s Backstage Strip (Original)

Sometimes it’s the most simple of shots that have the bigger impact than a straight forward nude, and this is one of those shots. A shot of Della Fox taking off her dress, either backstage or in a dressing room revealing her underwear below. So simple, yet so elegant seeing the white lace of the underwear in contrast against the black dress. It looks a bit crowded back there as well, with those two big cello’s, but it still doesn’t detract the focus away from a stunning looking Della!

Cleo The Cave-girl (1968)

Another shot taken from Femme No.11 P59 (1968), this time Cleo Simmons on the cave set dressed as a cave-girl including a very short animal skin skirt and stone club! Cleo appears on 6 pages of Femme No.11 with 3 pages showing her posing on this set, which could be what I have classed as a cave set or fisherman’s set due to the netting?

Two shots of Anna Verdi posing in long white boots and stockings from Femme No.11 P4 & P5 (1968) by Harrison Marks.

As I’ve mentioned before Femme first appeared in 1958 as a 64 page 9½ in. x 7 in. magazine, but from the second issue was relaunched as ‘The New Femme No.1’ and became a 96 page pocketbook in the Kamera format. Originally only the cover was by Harrison Marks, but by the final version, No.11 in 1968 the whole thing, cover and contents was GHM work. Some of the images were also duplicates from earlier Kamera editions.

Anna Verdi is one of the few models I like with a figure that seems to suit small tits, and I particularly like the first of these two shots.

Ann The Saloon Girl (1961)

Ann Walker by Harrison Marks wearing just a white fur shawl on the Wild West Saloon set from Kamera No.44 P14 (1961). I need to dig out a few more shots of Ann Walker as I’ve neglected her for a while on this blog and I love the wanted poster in the background of this shot.

June Palmer – And There Goes The Bathrobe! (Original)

An original from my collection of June with long hair posing against a cliff face backdrop as she opens up and prepares to drop a bathrobe she was wearing. This shot is more of a tease than anything else, as we start to see June’s body with a glimpse of bum and boob, but not much else. Oh the anticipation!

Vera’s Doorstep Dance (Original)

Vera Novak posing on the doorstep of the cottage at Ewhurst Manor and a familiar location for many a Harrison Marks model during his many trips to Ewhurst. The two gas like lamps either side of the door give it a certain symmetry, although I’m not quite sure why Vera has her leg in that position?

The full un-cropped version, giving more of a view of the cottage windows at Ewhurst, but not really adding much more to the shot of Vera. I think my cropped version looks visually better than straight from the negative?[/member]
