A Stunning Pamela Green Sketch!

I came across these shots of a Pamela Green sketch totally by accident over on Twitter and was totally blown away by them. They are done by the very talented artist Jennalee Auclair, who can be found on Twitter, Tumblr and pretty much everywhere else :)

The first image is of her sketch in progress, but even at that stage it’s obvious it’s Pam. the second shot is of the finish drawing and it’s amazing!

Both of these shots from Jennalee were obviously inspired by images of Pamela in the late 1950’s, when she had short dark hair and not the long blonde locks we are used to seeing. I would go so far as saying that the image below was used as the inspiration! 

I’ve tried contacting Jennlee to see if I can get a better copy of the finished sketch, so that I could publish it on here, but so far no luck! As an artist trying to succeed I’m sure she is far too busy, but based on what I’ve seen here and some of other other work I’m sure she will succeed, so good luck Jennlee and thanks for sharing such a great sketch of Pamela :)

This is a restored 35mm slide of a model known only as Clara and was taken in February 1963. I’ve publish a shot of her before from Karama No.1 here, as she appealed to me. So does this one as she seductively removes her white panties!

Lorraine Burnett by Eva Grant (1957)

This was from a feature of articles by Eva Grant called ‘changecoat’ showing how the appearance of a model can be complete changed by clothes, hairstyles. lighting etc. This was changecoat No.6 featuring different images on Lorraine Burnett.

Rosa Domaille – Skirt Up, Knickers Down For a Flash!


A more subtle one of Rosa Domaille (Eve Eden) giving us a flash of what we’ve all seen before, but this time with a friend. Uncensored and giving us a flash of both these beauties in their full glory, they are from the same period as the other revealing shots of Rosa.  The other beauty in the shot looks familiar, but can’t put a name to the face!

Can You Guess Who? (1958)

Through-out his Kamera publications, as well as publishing full shots of his models Harrison Marks liked to intersperse close up shots of the nude female anatomy. Always tastefully done and posed it makes you wonder who the models actually were for these shots.  Some are obvious and you can have an educated guess at the model, but like the two above from Kamera No.9 (1958) I have no idea! Still a beautiful body and figure to look at whilst your trying to guess :)

Sylvana Manto or Madelaine Bannister?

So I’ve been seeing more and more shots of Sylvana Manto recently, so I did some digging around to see where else she appeared. In doing so I came across several early publications of Spick and Span featuring Madelaine Bannister, who on looking I am sure is the same person? Going under the name Sylvana she appeared in publications such as Fiesta, Kamera Special No.1 around 1957 and Kamera No.9 (1958)

If I were a betting man I’d say they were the same person and the Sylvana name was an alias made up by the likes of Harrison Marks or Russell Gay, but then most models didn’t use their real name at all so maybe both are? Can anyone add further proof Sylvana and Madeliane are one and the same?

Either way I’ve got some great original shots of her coming up!
