An appropriate title to this image of an unknown model photographed by Harrison Marks for Kamera No.7 (1958). The tiger skin rug seems to be a prominent feature throughout this early edition of Kamera, not that it really distracts from the key focus on the image. For those geeks amongst us, the title is a reference back to The Amazing Spider-Man No.42 (November 1966) and the introduction of Mary Jane Watson (MJ). Who makes her first appearance in this comic and utters these words to Peter Parker/Spider-man when they first meet. It has become something of a catchphrase for the character.
Another small piece of trivia about me, is that I also used to collect comic books from the early 1960s onwards, including Spider-man. My collection exceeds over 6000 different comics and titles and if sold could buy the wife a new kitchen, but don’t tell her that!

talking of comics, if your collection is from the 60's you must have a bit of Dr Strange in there, he was always my favourite, with the Silver Surfer coming a close second – but if the coming Dr Strange film is anything as bad as any of the films that the silver surfer has appeared in it'll be a huge let down – pity – still, it is cumberbatch in the lead role I think, so he might make a decent job of it. roop

Roop, wasn't a big Dr Strange fan so don't have many but as you say now there is going to be a film his appearances will be sought after. I have plenty of Silver Surfer though, but like you say disappointed in his film appearances thus far! The new version of the Fantastic Four film looks interesting …

A gorgeous model displayed naked as a body like that should be , but aren’t there rather a lot of spots for a tiger?. They say leopards can’t change their spots but can a tiger change his stripes?
