Someone requested a Barbara Halks image, so who am I to deny such a request. So here it is, an original scan of one of my negatives of Barbara taken by Harrison Marks in the studio. Apparently she was only 5 foot tall, but as someone commented, beautifully proportioned and has a very pretty face, amongst other things!
A glass photographic plate of June Palmer taken by Leslie Bainbridge in the studio (12th August 1960).
This shot has June laying against some pillows, one knee raised as she rests an arm on the knee. A beautiful view of June’s young full figure as she looks at the camera and casting a shadow behind her. Unfortunately there is a shadow on the left-hand side and in other shots I wasn’t sure if that was in the studio at the time or on the glass plate itself. This shot seems to show that it was a shadow in the studio as it curves in the bottom left of the shot.
Another shot from my own collection of the dazzling Dawn Grayson from the ‘Dawn on Red‘ set of slides. She looks stunning as she kneels on all fours just keeping everything covered and unavailable. Sadly, this is the last 35 mm slide from this set I have, but I’m sure there must be more out there?
The start of a small set of original shots from my Dawn Grayson collection. This shot is one of four and comes direct from a scan of an original 35 mm Kodachrome slide (No.19) taken of Dawn in November 1965. The quality and colour of the slide are unbelievable for its age, with very little editing required on the colour or clarity, but the odd speck of dirt removed. In fact, all the slides I have from this set so far are all of the same good quality.
Now to the shot itself of Dawn, and what a fantastic shot it is! The contrasting reds in this shot, from Dawn’s lipstick, her red hair, the background colour and finally the red of the stool all make this shot stand out. Add in the naked pose of Dawn, with her small perky tits, and this is by far one of my favourite colour shots of her. Well, at least until I publish the next colour shot of her, then that one will no doubt be a favourite too! My collection of Dawn original negatives continues to grow and currently stands at well over 50 original shots of her. :)
One of my favourite shots from a set of Dawn Grayson originals, where she is posing in front of a red curtained background. She looks stunning in this closer shot with her red hair pulled back, the red lipstick and small perky boobs contrasting perfectly with the background.

The stunning Dawn Grayson, showing off her lithe body as she leans naked against the bed. What a perfect view of her figure and those small tits as she looks directly at the camera. I have a few from this set, but no idea who took them or where, but who cares it’s Dawn!
An absolute beauty of a shot of Margaret Nolan by Russell Gay. This comes from an original 10 by 8 print of Margaret dressed in a school teacher’s robe and not much else.
A typical Russell Gay style photo that you would find in QT, and I’m sure it must have been published. Love the look on her face and the way she slightly leans forward to enhance the view of those tits!
I love it when I uncover more about a model that I post on the site, especially one that posed for Harrison Marks. The above shot is of the model only ever referred to as Michelle by GHM in Kamera No.87 (1968). I have managed to acquire several negatives of Michelle over time, from the one above, to a couple of colour negatives where she shows off a lot more!
Well now, thanks to Tim, who has provided the two shots below, I have a full name for Michelle. She is Michelle Karli/Karlli, and she had small parts in Department S and Doctor in the House in 1969. It’s definitely the same Michelle, as in the full shots I have of her, she has the same two beauty spots on her face. So, another model that posed nude for Harrison Marks then went on to become an actress and do small parts on TV. Or maybe she was always an actress and just did the nude modelling on the side?
Another shot from my portrait collection of glamour models. This time a beautiful shot of Jayne Tracey looking straight at the camera in an off the shoulder dress. Jayne looks stunning with her perfect make-up and hairstyle, all very 1960s :)
