A second shot of Venetia Day by Terry Sparks whilst on location in Rhodes in 1971. Unlike the first shot here, this is a wider shot of her, soaking wet with her arms out wide, as she stands in the sea. I love the pose and how the water glistens on her wet dark body. A great portrait shot of June with long hair, as she looks over her shoulder at the camera. Although June seems to be nude in the shot, not a lot of her is on show, but still a pretty good view and love the earrings and the lamp in the background. Thanks to Kevin for sharing this shot of June from his archive :)
A pleasant diversion from the norm in the shape of Sylvia McFarland, another of my favourite ebony beauties from the 1970s, with the most massive set of boobs on her! Sylvia and Roberta Pedon must be two of my favourite really big-titled models from the 70s! There are lots of images out there of Sylvia, some of which don’t show off her assets or her in the best light, but this shot is one of the better ones. I also have a second shot from this set, at a much wider angle where you get to see Sylvia’s full on glorious thick bush, that is hinted at in this shot.

June Palmer in a kneeling nude pose from the 1960’s and taken at Scotlee Studio. This comes from a set of six 35mm slides of June from Scotlee Films that I recently purchased and scanned. As is typical with slides from back then, it had a red hue to it, but came up very well after a bit of tweaking and shows off June’s curves.

I recently won a set of 20 slides of Sophia Dawn over on eBay, and this is the first scan of those slides. Of the 20 slides, there are 4 different themes, but all seen to be taken at the same session. This shot is from a Spanish themed set of 8 slides that feature a topless Sophia Dawn in yellow Flamenco dress and colourful bead necklace. Most of the slides are close up shots similar to this, with the odd full length shot, but the quality of all is excellent for their age, with very little restoration required.
It wasn’t until I saw this set that I realized that Sophia looked very much like an ex-girlfriend of mine, both facially (without the beauty spot) and in her frame and boobs. Loving the green eye make-up and dark eyeliner, which all adds to the look of this shot.

The second and final shot I have from John of June from the 1970’s on the floor in red stockings. The first shot I posted here is more revealing, but this one is equally as good in it’s own right. I’m sure there must be many more shots from this set out there, but I’ve yet to see any, which is a shame :)

The second shot of June posing in long black open negligee sat in a red and white chair in the studio. Not quite as revealing as the first shot here, but still a worthy shot of June in black and the final shot I have from this set, the negligee is struggling to stay on even more!

It’s been ages since I’ve posted a Ann Walker image, so I thought I’d rectify that now with an original image of her from one of my own negatives. Taken in the studio by Harrison Marks this shot gives us a great view of Ann’s figure as she kneels smiling to something off camera right. Plus we get a full on view of more than one smile, that would never have got past the censors of the time, but thankfully we get to see Ann in all her shaven glory here :)
Coincidentally I’ve just received Kamera No.44 in the post today and this very image appears on page 42, but reversed. This also puts the date of the shot at around 1961 and I’ll publish the version from the magazine as soon as I’ve scanned i.

Another shot from Terry Sparks and this is Dinah Challen and completes the trio of models taken and photographed in Rhodes. The three models are Dinah, Venetia Day and Marianne Morris and I’ve republished the image of all three in the surf below. Terry provided some information about Dinah, but he lost touch with her after we returned to the UK. As far as he is aware these were the only pictures she ever had taken, but he may well be wrong.
