Nancy Roberts: Sun Kissed on Steps (1959)

Another from the set of Nancy in the grounds of Sheplegh Court in 1959, when she was a mere 20 years old and taken by Leslie Bainbridge, editor of H&E (Health & Efficiency) magazine. A beautiful shot of a sun kissed Nancy laying on those steps in just a hat. :)

Nancy Roberts: Sunny Days Ahead!


Another stunning shot of Nancy Roberts posing on a beach with only a sun hat for shade. It comes from a set of photographic glass plates taken in September 1959 at the beach near Sheplegh Court, Devon. What a great view of her figure as she stands fully naked with just a hint of smooth pussy showing. This was taken by Leslie Bainbridge.

Nancy Roberts – Sheplegh Sweetheart!

Another from the set of Nancy Roberts taken in the grounds of Sheplegh Court in 1959, when she was a mere 20 years old! Looking at the details on the box of these glass plates, I now recognize the handwriting as that of Leslie L. Bainbridge, editor of H&E (Health & Efficiency) magazine and then Girl Illustrated. A stunning shot of Nancy who seems to appear in many of Bainbridge’s early H&E magazines and several ‘naturist’ films, including the new one in my collection ‘World Without Clothes’.

An Underexposed Cylda! (1973)

Clyda Rosen on the cover of Fiesta Vol.7 No.9 (Sept 1973) looking rather demur and underexposed! I suppose we are used to seeing rather more of Clyda than we do in this shot, as even her large tits are partially covered, and she’s kept her knickers on for now. I suppose it is the cover of Fiesta, and there is only so far you can go on a fairly mainstream top shelf men’s magazine in the 70s. :)

Is It Rosemary or Alana? – Mayfair Vol.11 No.9 (1976)

 

Alana Ford, better known as Rosemary England, from Mayfair Vol.11 No.9 (Sept 1976). I’m a big fan of Rosemary, but up until now have never posted anything on here of her. A fan recently asked if I had anything, so revisited my collection of her and came up with this from Mayfair of her. It has to be one of my favourite sets published of her, and I particularly like the last centrefold shot of her as Mayfair’s Girl of The Month. A beautifully shaped woman with a hell of a body and thick, lush bush that was so popular in the 1970s.

Rosemary posed on more than one occasion with Mary Millington, and there is an actual legitimate reason for her to be on this blog. She appeared in the color Climax film No.1429 – Arabian Knights (1979) produced by Harrison Marks, and it is one of the few films in which she actually does hardcore, with the help of Nikki Stanton. Incidentally, a further link is that an older and larger Annette Johnson also appeared in the film as another of the 7 females in the Harem, although I don’t believe she was involved in the hardcore part of the film.

Vera Day – Spick No.10 Cover (1954)

Gillian – The Perfect Glass Holder!




Gillian Hanna or as she is better known Jennifer Eccles showing us her great glass holders, although the wine may get a little warm, as I know I would between those! This original shot was sent to me by the photographer himself, Terry Sparks, and as many of you would know Terry has kindly been sending me some of his work along with some fantastic stories.

This shot also comes with a little story attached and Terry comments that  ‘In September 1977 I photographed a girl that I knew as Gillian Hanna. She was a bit of a nutcase, heavily into porn, both stills and film. I only worked with her the once, as she was not really right for the markets I was shooting for at the time.

Well we all know the type of material that Gillian/Jennifer went on to do in the 1970s and onwards, but what a incredible find as I’ve not seen this shot of her before. Thanks to Terry for sharing his image and story, unfortunately he only has the one shot of her remaining.
