This might, just might, be from a U.S. magazine entitled “Showcase” (but from which issue I can't be sure, but 1963??).I think that I recall a series of shots of June wearing, if that's the word, this filmy nightie on the front lawn at Ewhurst – one of which may have appeared as a calendar, or page in a calandar in the same magazine The shots look earlier than 1963, but could have appeared later, as was often the case.Alexei

Indeed it was Rod and more and more seem to appear with Ewhurst as the setting the more I look.
