As a teenager in the 60s I used to buy Parade – always very frustrating when the breasts were in any way concealed, especially on the centre spread! and never a hint of pubic hair . . .

With magazines like Parade it was all about the titillation and leaving you wanting to see more, sounds like it worked! :)
