Is it possible this was published in the UK version of the website. September 2017? I am in the US and in what appears to be a UK version of the website is where I found the entry.

Yes, you are correct, but the UK version isn’t really a valid site and I had to redo the whole site in it’s current version. So, some posts that I originally did have not been posted on the new version :)
